You can’t get into Debt using The Approved Card
The Approved Card is a prepaid card, not a credit card. You can only spend what you load on the card. When you use The Approved Card there is no interest, and you’ll never pay an overdraft fee.

We can text you every time you use your card and send your balance every morning so you’ll always know how much you have to spend. You can also check your balance and transactions any time by phone or online—whatever works for you!
Use it for everything, or just for your spending money
You can use The Approved Card for all of your expenses and payments, including paying your bills. Or maybe you just want to use it to manage your spending money—it’s up to you!
*It is possible that a merchant may rarely “force post” transactions that exceed the amount loaded on the card. However, if the available balance on the card is exceeded, any further transactions will be declined.
