All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your Card Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance on your Card Account, except where prohibited by law. Anytime your remaining Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your Card Account will be applied to the fee amount. If we are unable to assess a Monthly Account Maintenance Fee at the time it is due because your Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed or $0.00, we will collect the greater of your outstanding fee balance or one (1) previous Monthly Account Maintenance Fee from your next value load. The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee for the current month will continue to be assessed as scheduled. If your Card Account balance is $0.00 and you don’t load money to your Card for three (3) months, your Card Account may be closed.
